Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bliss Bites Pte Ltd. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Our policy is valid for a period of 1-3 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. Please note that if the period of 1-3 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or high demand.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Bliss Bites Pte Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Bliss Bites Pte Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We ship to select international destinations. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Delivery times vary depending on location.
